Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient access roles.
• Experience navigating insurance verification, prior authorization, and access criteria.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and patients on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Resolve access cases and explain benefit investigation outcomes and prior authorization requirements.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain accurate records.
