Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC helping providers and patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing access while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in our systems.

The role requires 3+ years in reimbursement or patient access programs, strong communication skills, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or helping navigate insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding and ongoing access.
• Educate on coverage, coding, payment policies, and patient support programs.
• Assist enrollment in PAP and guide offices through enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
