Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• - 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or insurance navigation.
• - Travel up to 20% with overnights.
• - Valid driver's license.
• - Oncology navigation or access/reimbursement experience preferred.
• - Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate on benefit discussions, coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrolment in PAP and guide offices through enrolment requirements and consent capture.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain accurate case records.
• Capture and report adverse events following required timelines and crisis-management procedures.
