Job summary

GSK seeks a Field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through coverage, reimbursement, and support for oncology therapies. You will coordinate onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include educating provider offices on payer processes, supporting enrollment in GSK services, and documenting all cases in Salesforce Health Cloud. Travel up to 20% with a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC helping providers and patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and support for GSK Oncology products.
• Educate payer offices on coverage, coding, and payment policies and assist with access case resolution.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and other internal teams for patient access and enrollment.
