Job summary

GSK is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through onboarding, coverage, and reimbursement within the Oncology portfolio.

You will coordinate enrollment, educate on cost-sharing, and navigate payer requirements while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records in Salesforce Health Cloud.

This role requires up to 20% travel, strong communication, and collaboration with payer account managers, specialty pharmacy teams, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or navigating insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products using approved materials.
• Assist enrollment in patient support programs and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud, adhering to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
