GSK is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the single point of contact for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys, and support payer questions after a prescribing decision is made.

In this role, you will educate on coverage and reimbursement, enroll patients in GSK services, and coordinate with offices, payers, and back-office teams while traveling up to 20%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology access and benefits.
• Educate about coverage, coding, and patient support programs.
• Assist enrolment in patient support programs and guide documentation.
• Coordinate with payers, specialty pharmacy, and care teams to resolve access barriers.
• Maintain compliant case records in CRM systems and report outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant communications and adherence to policies.
