Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey.

You will educate on coverage, coding, and payment options, assist with enrollment in PAP services, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and GSK Response Center. Travel up to 20% is required; a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient access programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, delivering approved information and education.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Assist with enrollment in patient support programs and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office teams.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA and policies.
• Identify access barriers and escalate to specialist teams when needed.
