Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff with education on oncology care, coverage, and program resources.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution, prior authorization, and appeal pathways at the office level.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM per program standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant and compliant handling of patient information; coordinate with back-office and specialty teams.
