Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, educate on coverage and costs, and support enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs.

You will coordinate with payers, specialty pharmacy, and back-office teams, ensuring compliant, HIPAA-aligned communications and documentation while traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or access).
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding and ongoing access.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance; explain payer outcomes and authorization steps.
• Support enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs and navigate enrollment requirements.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and follow SOPs; maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Report adverse events and maintain program compliance across regions.
