Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on coverage, coding, and payment questions.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Document all interactions in CRM systems and adhere to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate enrollment in patient support programs and transfers to specialty pharmacy or other services.
