Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-level primary contact for patients and providers across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, enrollment in support programs, and ongoing access, while addressing coverage, coding, and payment questions in coordination with clinical teams.

The role requires 3+ years in reimbursement or patient access, travel up to 20%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or access navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff with approved information on oncology access.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, payment policies, and PAP enrollment.
• Facilitate enrollment and transfers to Specialty Pharmacy and Benefits teams.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
