Job summary

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.

You will educate clinicians, position tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in oncology-related sales, strong consultative skills, and experience with billing and reimbursement environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of relevant sales experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics.
• Proven success in consultative selling, account growth, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and clinical education.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Manage territory opportunities, develop growth plans, and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Directors, and leadership; maintain CRM records.
• Support clinicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform; assist with PACS/EMR integrations.
