Job summary

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through strategic prospecting, new account acquisition, and expansion of existing relationships.

You will engage oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders to position tumor profiling solutions and ensure a seamless order lifecycle. The role requires multiple years in oncology or molecular diagnostics sales, strong communication, and ability to manage priorities in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through prospecting and value-based selling.
• Position Caris as preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet growth objectives.
• Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
• Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Directors, and leadership; maintain CRM.
