Job summary

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Executive in Wisconsin to grow our tumor profiling solution portfolio.

The role requires building strong relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and hospital stakeholders, driving new accounts, and expanding existing coverage through consultative selling. You will partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to execute territory growth strategies, manage the full order lifecycle, and support adoption and utilization of Caris

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Growth: Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
Account Management & Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure seamless order lifecycle.
Clinical & Technical Expertise: Engage with oncology clinicians on molecular profiling solutions and related workflows.
Business, Reimbursement & Market Insight: Provide guidance on billing, reimbursement and payer dynamics; share market feedback with leadership.
Collaboration & Administration: Maintain CRM docs and support meetings, conferences, and travel as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
