Job summary

Handa Pharma seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager in oncology to drive demand and adoption across a remote/field-based territory, with 20-40% travel. You will build clinical advocacy among oncologists, pharmacy staff, and hospital leadership and secure pathway and formulary access.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and starts on a contract basis with the potential to convert to full-time. A strong background in biopharma oncology sales is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals with oncology focus.
• Experience with academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, or large health systems.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and meet sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority accounts.
• Train prescribers, nurses, and pharmacy staff on product use and dosing.
• Collaborate with Market Access to resolve prior authorizations and formulary barriers.
• Drive adoption with specialty pharmacies and in-house dispensing practices.
• Secure clinical pathway inclusion and formulary listings.
• Provide actionable field insights to inform strategy.
