Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive new business in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs territory. This role focuses on oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine adoption, partnering with health systems and academic centers to expand market share.

The role requires strong consultative selling, relationship-building with clinicians and leaders, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

5 years of outside sales experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, or related diagnostics solutions.
3 years of oncology-related commercial experience.
Ideal candidate resides in the territory and travels up to 75% with overnights.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, and academic medical centers.
Develop territory growth strategies to increase adoption of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.
Build and manage pipeline, forecast accuracy, and territory metrics using Salesforce CRM.
