Job summary

Labcorp Oncology is seeking an Oncology Development Executive for the Los Angeles North territory, including Burbank and Pasadena. This field-based role focuses on growing market share, forming strategic partnerships, and delivering diagnostic and precision medicine solutions to health systems and oncology practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive oncology sales experience, strong territory management skills, and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in business development or territory management.
• 5 years of oncology sales or oncology diagnostics experience.
• Experience selling to health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives.
• Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
