Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Oncology Development Executive to lead field-based business development in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs region. The role focuses on new business, market expansion, and adoption of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.

The ODE will build relationships with physicians, administrators, and health-system leaders, translating clinical evidence into commercial strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or related complex diagnostics solutions.
• 3+ years of oncology-related commercial experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory and live in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Labcorp's oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics adoption and testing strategy optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support growth initiatives.
