Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to join our team serving the Burbank and Pasadena territory. The role focuses on growth, strategic partnerships, and expanding market share across oncology practices and health systems.

The ODE will lead territory development, engage with clinical and executive stakeholders, and translate clinical evidence into actionable business strategies to improve patient care. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience.
• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within the Pasadena/Burbank territory.
• Develop territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Lead consultative sales engagements with clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
• Represent Labcorp’s oncology portfolio and translate clinical evidence into business recommendations.
