Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive new business and expand market share across oncology practices, health systems, and academic medical centers in the Scranton, PA territory. You will execute territory growth strategies, manage opportunities with Salesforce, and lead consultative sales engagements with leaders and decision makers.
The role requires 5+ years in oncology or molecular diagnostics sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel up
Qualifications
- Experience in oncology sales or oncology diagnostics with multiple stakeholders.
- Quota attainment, revenue growth, or new account acquisition history.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% in territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices and health systems.
- Develop territory growth strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp's oncology portfolio.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management using Salesforce CRM.
- Lead consultative engagements with physician leaders and healthcare executives.
- Build strategic partnerships across cancer centers, pathology groups and IDNs.
