Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Oncology Development Executive to drive new business and expand market share across oncology practices, health systems, and academic centers. You will lead enterprise growth plans, influence testing pathways, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support adoption of Labcorp’s oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.

The role requires strong consultative selling, relationship-building with oncologists and health-system leaders, and the ability to travel up

Qualifications

5 years of Business Development (outside sales) experience selling precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, or related complex diagnostics solutions

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, market penetration, and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers
Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics, precision medicine adoption, operational efficiency, and testing strategy optimization
Develop enterprise growth plans that expand utilization across health systems, cancer networks, and academic medical centers
Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies within complex healthcare organizations
Coordinate field sales, national accounts, pathology, medical affairs, market access, operations, and executive leadership resources to support growth initiatives
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging oncology testing opportunities
