Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to join our field-based team and cover the Phoenix North, Arizona territory. You will engage with customers to address identified needs, educate stakeholders on our Oncology products, and work to achieve or exceed sales goals within your territory.

This role requires travel to visit customers in person and to attend national sales meetings and industry conferences. The position is field-based with travel expectations varying by location.

• Achieve or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless experience with the Oncology organisation.
• Understand cancer pathways, staging, and treatment options affecting patients.
• Analyze market trends and identify multiple distribution channels including GPOs and wholesalers.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
