Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to cover the Sacramento and surrounding CA territory. You will lead strategic account activities with hematologists, oncologists, nurses and administrators, translating science into practical patient-focused solutions while advancing brand objectives.

Demonstrated clinical and sales expertise, plus strong business acumen, are required to build partnerships and deliver compliant engagements in a fast-paced oncology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience preferred, Multiple Myeloma advantageous.
• Ability to develop and execute territory business plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights.
