  • Experience with payer policies, prior authorization, and coverage processes a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as field-based SPOC guiding providers, patients, and caregivers through onboarding, coverage, and access for GSK Oncology.
  • Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials; assist with PAP and enrollment.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud; report adverse events per guidelines; ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and Benefits Specialists for BI/BV and PA tracking.
  • Support access case resolution, explain benefit determinations, and navigate appeals pathways with offices.
