Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding them on coverage, reimbursement, and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Assist with patient enrollment in GSK services and enrollments requirements.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM in line with program standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and internal compliance guidelines.
