Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or client operations — healthcare or health tech experience strongly preferred.
• You’re an exceptional project manager — you can run multiple concurrent onboardings across internal and partner teams without dropping balls.
• You’re relentlessly organized and detail-oriented. You track every deliverable, follow up without being asked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
• You communicate clearly and proactively — partners and internal teams always know where things stand.
• You have a bias for speed and action. You keep things moving, escalated early, and don't wait for problems to find you.
• You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and can hold people accountable without formal authority.
• You’re deep about the client experience — you want every partner to feel like launching on Bridge was seamless.
• Experience with telehealth workflows, insurance billing, credentialing, or revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding project from contract signature to first visit on Bridge.
• Modify and execute milestone-driven project plans, track internal dependencies, manage partner deliverables, and escalated blockers.
• Quarterback credentialing, engineering, compliance, and sales through each onboarding; run standups and chase deliverables.
• Serve as the partner's primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live and ensure a smooth launch.
