We're hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the partner launch process end-to-end. You'll be the person who takes a signed partner from contract to first visit on Bridge — coordinating across credentialing, engineering, clinical, and sales to hit aggressive go-live timelines. This is a project management-intensive, execution-focused role where your success is measured by how fast and how smoothly partners go live. You'll report to the Partner Operations Lead.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, and market data. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives, and employee benefits.
Our preference is toward individuals based in Boulder, CO, with an in-office cadence of 3 days/week. Remote candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The base pay range for this role is $110,000 – $155,000 per year.
