Job description

About Bridge:

Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days — without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we're scaling rapidly.

The Role:

Speed to launch is one of Bridge's core competitive advantages — our partners sign, integrate, get providers live, and deliver their first insurance-covered visits within 30 days. We're doubling down on that strength and building a dedicated team to make onboarding feel magical at scale.

We're hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the partner launch process end-to-end. You'll be the person who takes a signed partner from contract to first visit on Bridge — coordinating across credentialing, engineering, clinical, and sales to hit aggressive go-live timelines. This is a project management-intensive, execution-focused role where your success is measured by how fast and how smoothly partners go live. You'll report to the Partner Operations Lead.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment — someone who cultivates relationships to handle roadblocks, follows up relentlessly, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Go-Lives: Own the full onboarding project from contract signature to first visit on Bridge. Modify and execute milestone-driven project plans, track internal dependencies, manage partner deliverables, and lift blockers before they stall timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Quarterback credentialing, engineering, compliance, and sales through each onboarding. Run standups, chase deliverables, and ensure every team hits their milestones — partners should never feel Bridge's internal complexity.
  • Partner Experience: Serve as the partner's primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live. Set clear expectations, send regular status updates, train the partner team, and ensure they feel confident and ready at launch.
  • Continuous improvements: Always look for ways to make onboarding faster and easier for partners, and take the lead on implementing those improvements.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or client operations — healthcare or health tech experience strongly preferred.
  • You're an exceptional project manager — you can run multiple concurrent onboardings across internal and partner teams without dropping balls.
  • You're relentlessly organized and detail-oriented. You track every deliverable, follow up without being asked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively — partners and internal teams always know where things stand.
  • You have a bias for speed and action. You keep things moving, escape early, and don't wait for problems to find you.
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally and can hold people accountable without formal authority.
  • You care deeply about the client experience — you want every partner to feel like launching on Bridge was seamless.
  • Experience with telehealth workflows, insurance billing, credentialing, or revenue cycle management.
Why Bridge?
  • Own the most visible moment in the partner journey — when they go live and start seeing value.
  • Work at a company accelerating the adoption of virtual care to reduce costs and improve access to care.
  • High-ownership role with clear, measurable impact — the partners you launch directly drive Bridge's revenue.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and equity package. Given Bridge's funding and stage, we heavily value the potential upside from equity.
