Bridge is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Boulder, CO to own partner launches from contract to first visit. You will coordinate credentialing, engineering, clinical, and sales teams to meet aggressive go-live timelines and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or client operations—healthcare or health tech preferred.
• Exceptional project manager; ability to run multiple onboardings across teams.
• Relentlessly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Clear, proactive communication with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner onboarding from contract to first visit, tracking milestones and removing blockers.
• Coordinate credentialing, engineering, compliance, and sales to hit go-live timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for the partner from kickoff to go-live.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to speed onboarding.
