Job summary

MedHQ, LLC is seeking a Remote RCM Client Integration Specialist to coordinate onboarding and go-live for new RCM clients. You will bridge client needs with RCM leadership, operations, IT, training, and internal teams to ensure timely, milestone-based implementation and a smooth transition to ongoing operations.

The role focuses on detailed onboarding plans, cross-team collaboration, and post-go-live stabilization, including 30/60/90-day reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience with multiple RCM functions: coding, billing, AR, denials, posting, or entry.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience working directly with clients or healthcare practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint).
• Ability to navigate EHR/PM systems, clearinghouses, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new RCM clients from post-contract through handoff.
• Develop client-specific implementation timelines, checklists, and trackers.
• Coordinate activities across RCM Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, IT, Data Analytics, HR, Training, and Client Success.
• Establish milestones, owners, and due dates for each implementation.
• Ensure client information, documentation, access, payer data, workflows, and reports are collected.
• Coordinate testing, training, and workflow validation.
• Document client workflows and SOPs; maintain go-live readiness.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
