Zusammenfassung

Bolster is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to provide hands-on technical guidance and support to our direct customers in California. You will lead onboarding, implement integrations, run training sessions, and troubleshoot with engineering and support teams.

This early-career, growth-oriented role offers a clear path into TAM or Solutions Engineering. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role or a strong technical foundation from education/internships.
• Comfortable explaining complex concepts to non-technical customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple customers and tasks.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for direct Bolster customers.
• Configure integrations, APIs, and platform settings across domains and workflows.
• Run technical training sessions and product demos for customers.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting with Support, Security Operations and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers as the technical lead on calls.
• Identify and relay common questions to Product and Documentation.
