Job summary

Euler is seeking a skilled onboarding specialist to drive technical onboarding for B2B SaaS customers in the United States. You will implement APIs, integrations, and data mapping, configure CRM connections, and ensure successful go-live.

You will collaborate with the Onboarding Manager from kickoff through to go-live, troubleshoot issues, and create runbooks while measuring key success metrics to improve retention and expansion.

Qualifications

3-4 years of B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
Hands-on API and integration skills.
Excellent communication and project management.

Responsibilities

Own technical onboarding setup: APIs, integrations, data mapping, CRM config.
Coordinate with Onboarding Manager from kickoff to go-live.
Troubleshoot issues, build runbooks, track success metrics.
