Job summary

7Seventy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers from post-sale through go-live in a fully remote, U.S.-based environment. You will manage onboarding, product setup, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a successful product launch.

The role emphasizes organized planning, training users, and maintaining proactive communication across teams while handling multiple projects concurrently. A strong background in API onboarding and customer success is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep experience onboarding customers in an API environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused service orientation via phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Independent worker with proactive teamwork.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation timelines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Complete implementation and setup steps for newly signed customers within the product.
• Interpret customer agreements to properly set up the implementation process.
• Collaborate with the development team on technical integrations and configurations as needed.
• Create documentation and training materials to support customers and product end users.
• Support the Customer Success function by contributing to strategy and scalable processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align implementation work with business goals.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain regular contact with integration customers.
• Serve as main contact during implementation and integration work.
• Report on project progress with milestone-focused updates.
• Coordinate multi-partner relationships for seamless integrations.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration to meet customer expectations.
• Collect feedback on customer experiences and follow up on requests.
• Use Salesforce to track interactions and delivery of obligations.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Train different users and assist with customer communication and launches.
