Job summary

Interra Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide newly signed customers from post-sale to go-live. You’ll build project plans, understand customer goals, and train users within the product, while coordinating across teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and successful integrations.

You’ll work with customers across US time zones, with a preference for Eastern time, and leverage Salesforce to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers in an API environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset.
• Able to multitask and manage time across projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete implementation and setup steps for newly signed customers within our product.
• Interpret customer agreements to set up the implementation process.
• Collaborate with development on technical integrations and configurations.
• Create documentation and training materials for customers and end users.
• Represent the Customer Success team and align efforts with business goals.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain proactive contact with integration customers as main point of contact.
• Report on project progress to meet milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate multi-partner relationships for seamless integration.
• Work with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Capture feedback and facilitate questions or enhancements from customers.
• Drive timely resolution and responses with internal owners.
• Use Salesforce to track interactions, initiatives, and delivery.
