Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a hands-on onboarding lead to orchestrate technical and operational customer onboarding in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to configure APIs and CRM systems, and to ensure a smooth, scalable kickoff for new customers.

The role focuses on defining and tracking onboarding success metrics, resolving complex integration issues, and developing runbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical setup of customer onboarding including API integrations and CRM configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and develop onboarding runbooks.
