Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process—from kickoff preparation through post-launch follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for implementation activities, aligning clients and internal teams.
Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings, onboarding sessions, training workshops, and milestones.
Deliver engaging client training that builds confidence and drives adoption.
Proactively communicate timelines, milestones, next steps, and expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum.
