Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and successful implementations. You will learn the onboarding process, work with operations, IT, and WMS teams, and travel to campuses as needed to support new customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with WMS exposure.
• Ability to propose creative solutions and analyze problems.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Develops relationships with internal and external customers.
• Independent, strategic thinker with analytical reporting skills.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and receiving/picking.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and implementations.
• Serve as primary resource for operations, account management and IT.
• Collaborate with WMS specialists and coordinate basic UAT.
• Execute tasks defined in BRD and support new customers.
• Facilitate transition of new customers to operations and account teams.
• Travel to campus locations to support onboarding as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
