Job summary

B2E Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager - Implementation to lead the Implementation team and ensure client onboarding success. You will oversee resource planning, project oversight, and cross-department collaboration to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and performance management, reporting directly to the VP of Operations and shaping client experiences across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast paced environment.
• 3+ years HRIS experience required or preferred.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• CPP or PHR Certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Implementation team.
• Hire, onboard, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Coordinate departmental growth and training opportunities.
• Assign implementations and projects based on workload and capacity.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve onboarding experience and handoffs.
