Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff through successful payroll launches. This hands-on, customer-facing role combines project management, system configuration, payroll-process understanding, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn software, troubleshoot, and understand integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and initial payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery and design to translate business requirements into Connecteam setup.
• Configure integrations and manage the setup for payroll and time-tracking workflows.
• Deliver training to clients and manage stakeholders across partner, Sales, Support, Product, and Leadership.
• Investigate issues across the full workflow and document risks, owners, and next steps.
