Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide HR administrative support across onboarding, orientation, engagement, benefits and policy compliance. The role requires maintaining personnel files, data in HRIS, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Strong confidentiality and knowledge of FMLA/ADA/EEOC are preferred. The position is full-time with location flexibility across IL centers and potential remote work after training; travel/heavy scheduling may occur to support multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in onboarding, orientation and offboarding preferred.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA, EEO, ADA and regulatory HR requirements.
• Must handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onboarding steps and conduct remote orientation, including i9 verifications.
• Support background checks and onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in HRIS and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain training records and HIPAA/Bloodborne Pathogen compliance in designated platform.
• Educate new hires on HR policies and procedures.
• Input new hires into HRIS and peripheral software; manage integrations.
• Maintain and audit personnel files and upload documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and stay interviews.
• Prepare anniversary certificates and distribute gifts; assist HR staff as needed.
• Assist payroll initiatives and perform other admin tasks.
