Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, engagement, and benefits. You will maintain personnel files, assist with payroll-related tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance under HIPAA, EEO, and ADA guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 1 year of HR coordination experience, with strong data entry and confidential information handling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of HR coordinating or specialist experience preferred.
• Experience onboarding, orientation, and offboarding is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create onboarding documents; conduct remote orientation and compliance testing.
• Support background checks and onboarding compliance processes.
• Process status changes in HR systems and notify department heads.
• Maintain training records (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Harassment) and ensure platform accuracy.
