Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, engagement, benefits, and file maintenance. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, EEO, and ADA, support payroll initiatives, and manage data entry across HRIS systems for multiple IL centers.

Remote/Hybrid work may follow training as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 12 months in an HR coordinator or specialist role, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 months experience in a human resource coordinator or specialist role.
• Experience with orientation onboarding and offboarding strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EEO, and ADA.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assist and create onboarding documents and conduct remote orientation with i-9 verifications and compliance testing.
• Support background screens and ensure onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in systems and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain online training and mandated policies (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Harassment).
• Educate new hires on HR policies and regulations.
• Oversee and input new hires in the HRIS and peripheral software.
• Maintain and audit personnel digital files and uploads.
• Assist with engagement activities and anniversaries.
• Support payroll initiatives and other HR duties as assigned.
