Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, engagement and benefits. The role requires maintaining personnel files, HRIS data entry and handling confidential information with care.

You will support payroll initiatives and payroll-related tasks while collaborating with multiple centers across IL and other states. The position is full-time with flexible home base and potential remote work after training, requiring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
12 months experience in a human resource coordinator or specialist role.
Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding strongly preferred.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Understanding of State and Federal policies (HIPAA, EEO, ADA).

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding documents and remote orientation including I-9 verifications and compliance testing.
Support background checks and onboarding compliance.
Process status changes in HR systems and communicate with department heads.
Maintain and audit personnel digital files; upload documents.
Educate employees on HR policies and procedures; support payroll initiatives.
