Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Life Cycle Coordinator role supports onboarding, orientation, engagement and benefits across IL centers with remote possibilities after training. You will manage HRIS data, maintain personnel files, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ADA regulations while assisting payroll initiatives and staff documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 months HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and HR knowledge preferred.
• 12 months experience in a human resource coordinator or specialist role required.
• Experience with orientation onboarding and offboarding strongly preferred.
• Must handle confidential information and understand HIPAA, EEO and ADA.
• Strong initiative, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assist and create onboarding documents and conduct remote orientation and i9 verifications.
• Support background screens and onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in HR systems and coordinate with department heads.
• Maintain online training and compliance in HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Mandated Reporter and Sexual Harassment platforms.
• Educate new hires on HR policies and procedures.
• Input new hires into HRIS and peripheral systems; support integrations.
• Maintain and audit personnel digital files and upload documents.
• Support employee engagement plans, meet-and-greets, and stay interviews.
• Prepare anniversary certificates and distribute updates; assist payroll initiatives.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects.
