Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative support for HR services, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding and benefits management. You will help manage HRIS data, maintain personnel files and assist with compliance documentation.

The role spans multiple Illinois centers with flexible home base and potential remote work after training, requiring strong organization and confidentiality to support leaders and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 1+ year experience in an HR coordinator or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EEO, ADA and related HR regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onboarding documents and conduct remote orientation with i-9 verifications.
• Support background screens and onboarding compliance processes.
• Process status changes in HR systems and maintain personnel files.
• Educate employees on HR policies and assist with payroll initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, engagement and benefits administration.
