Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Life Cycle Coordinator provides administrative support for HR services across multiple centers in IL. Responsibilities include onboarding, orientation, offboarding, payroll support, and maintaining personnel files.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, HR knowledge, and 12 months of HR experience; strong confidentiality, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential. Some remote work possible after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 months HR coordinator or specialist experience required.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EEO, ADA and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assist and create all onboarding documents and conduct remote orientation including I-9 verifications.
• Support background screens and ensure onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in required systems and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain online training and regulatory compliance in designated platforms.
• Educate new hires on HR policies and procedures.
