Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Oklahoma City to coordinate onboarding for contractors, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent front-office service. You will manage background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify compliance while maintaining contractor data and document accuracy.

This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish, a customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Competitive pay and potential bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current.
• Manage onboarding packets and update the Candidate Tracker until cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies and shipments.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
