Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Tempe, AZ to coordinate onboarding and contractor compliance. You will manage forms, drug tests, background checks, and meet client requirements while providing excellent front-office service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work with Compliance teams; experience in a team setting is preferred. This contract-based position through July 1, 2027 offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Team-oriented environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding forms and policies are current and validated with Compliance.
• Manage onboarding packets and contractor data until start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening.
• Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
• Provide front office customer service (telephone/reception).
• Order and organize office supplies and shipments.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction.
