Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate (Onboarding Associate) to manage onboarding documentation, background checks, drug testing, and compliance for contractors. You will coordinate with Compliance, maintain the Candidate Tracker, and ensure timely clearance for start dates.

Strong customer service, organization, and teamwork are essential in this role. The position offers an hourly rate and a performance-based annual bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales oriented experience.
• Experience in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding docs and policies are current and compliant.
• Handle client requirements for onboarding packets and update tracker.
• Enter and manage background, drug tests, and medical screenings.
• Oversee E-Verify requirements and document expirations.
• Provide front desk and world class customer service.
• Organize office supplies and manage mailings and files.
• Support candidate experience with professional interactions.
