Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate to handle onboarding, compliance checks, and contractor screening. You will manage background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify compliance while delivering excellent front-office service to candidates and clients.

The role includes coordinating with Compliance and supporting office operations, including supplies, mail, and directory maintenance, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage onboarding packet for clients and update the Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
